2.3 For digital guides without PLR licenses, buyers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal or internal business purposes only. Reselling, distributing, or sharing these materials is strictly prohibited.

3.1 The Company makes no guarantees or warranties of any kind regarding the results or success that may be achieved through the use of the Bundle or any of its included digital products.
3.2 Success in digital marketing and business endeavors is dependent on various factors, including but not limited to individual effort, skill level, market conditions, and external factors beyond the Company's control. Therefore, the Company cannot guarantee specific outcomes or financial results.
4. Refunds and Returns
4.1 Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of the Bundle are final. No refunds or returns will be provided.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed within the Bundle are the property of the Company or third-party licensors. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any software included in the Bundle.
